My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small, not the best for two people, and lacked central air, which I know is common in Europe. The hotel was very convenient to public transport via Gare du Nord which was a big plus, but it was a bit far from the main tourist spots. The rooms were very clean and modern with an excellent bed, but it was very, very noisy due to the proximity of the toilet area to the bedroom.
